For a long time, I rejected the idea of fitness and movement. I only wanted to study.
Over time, I understood how important physical activity is — for physical well-being (even if that has always been a secondary aspect for me), but above all for mental well-being, which I consider far more important. It allows our mind to perform at its best and puts us in the condition to express our full potential.

Every day is different and deserves to be lived to the fullest. Cardio Cycling is the best part of my day.
