1) How do I become an indoor cycling instructor?
To become an indoor cycling instructor, you need solid bike technique, coaching skills, and a clear ride structure. In our Cardio Cycling® training in Turin, Italy, you learn how to design and lead music-driven rides, practice cueing, and complete a structured 15-hour program.

2) Do I need previous experience to join the course?
No. Previous indoor cycling teaching experience is not mandatory. The course is suitable for motivated beginners and fitness professionals who want to specialize in indoor cycling coaching.
