My name is Enrico Caserta (but everyone calls me Cash), and I joined the Cardio Cycling® Team while I was still studying Sports Science at university.

The first time I stepped into the studio, it felt like a revelation.

I immediately felt the energy and the vibes I had been looking for — and today I simply can’t live without it.

My passion for electronic music and physical training has always been part of my life, and here at Cardio Cycling® they come together in a way I had never imagined — creating a true “carousel”.
